Four chicken breast pieces, sliced into butterfly pieces 8 oz cream cheese 4 oz chopped cilantro 2 oz chopped spring onions 2 cloves of garlic chopped 3 tablespoon melted butter/3 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
The chicken needs to be marinated in salt, pepper, garlic and some olive oil.
