The basic logic for intake of artificial sweeteners is low or restricted calorie intake and babies should never be put on a low calorie diet even when they are obese and have to lose weight It makes sense to feed them all varieties of foods in moderation.

Organic foods are said to be best for the baby. This is because they have no chemical residues and harmful pesticides. Always give the baby seasonal fruits and vegetables as they are locally produced and do not require preservatives and pesticides to preserve them during shipment. Give foods that have heavy skins and husks like melon, watermelon, avocadoes and bananas. Do not give baby fruits that have blemished or peeling skin. These can lead to acute diarrhea.

Limit Intake of Animal Fat
