Tulsi Reduce Throat

A decoction of tulsi is a very good remedy for an infected and sore throat. Put to boil one glass of water. Add ten fresh tulsi leaves to it. Boil for half a minute then turn off the heat. Cover the pan and allow it to stand for fifteen minutes after which pour the tea in a glass without straining, add one tablespoon of honey and drink it slowly sip by sip. The hot tea will bring instant relief in the swelling and pain. The medicinal properties of tulsi will eradicate the infection quickly and will heal the throat. Drink this tea as often as required.


Ginger Reduce Throat

Ginger has superb antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which combat the infection and destroy it at its root. Grate a big piece of ginger and add it to a glass of boiling water. Simmer for a minute then turn off the heat. After ten minutes strain the tea and stir in some honey and drink it while it is still hot. The pain will vanish immediately and you will experience a sense of well being. Drink this tea three times a day till the infection has cleared up completely.


Cinnamon Reduce Throat

Cinnamon brings great relief in the cough and also eliminates the pain and swelling by uprooting the infection. It has powerful antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which soothe and calm the irritated tissues and remove the pain felt during swallowing. Pound a small piece of cinnamon and add it to a cup of boiling water. Simmer for two minutes after which strain the tea and drink it three times daily.

Turmeric Reduce Throat

Turmeric is very good for all kinds of infections and diseases. Its potent antiviral, antibacterial, antibiotic, antioxidant and anti-inflammtory properties kill the bacteria or the viruses instantly and set the stage for rapid healing. Turmeric also brings considerable relief in the pain and removes the swelling from the tonsils and lymph nodes. Take a glass of hot milk and mix into it a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
