Room temperature cream cheese- 12 ounce
2 tablespoon of almond liqueur
2 lemons zest and juiced
4 room temperature eggs
1 cup sugar
32 ounce of mascarpone cheese

Small sized equally cut fresh fruits 6-8 cups

Juiced lemon

4 tablespoon of sugar

Firstly, you need a mixer with paddle attachment to beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth. Add lemon zest and pinch of salt to it. Pour lemon juice and almond liqueur while you are beating the cheese. Gradually put eggs one at a time and beat well, then add the second and mix well. Follow this till all the four eggs have been beaten with the cheese. Add sugar and mascarpone cheese and beat till the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture in a heat proof bowl. Take a sauce pan with little water and simmer it. Place the bowl with mixture on the sauce pan but make sure that the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Cook till it reaches 170 degrees F. the temperature can be checked with a candy thermometer. Once the temperature rises, make sure you stir enough to avoid forming lumps. Once the temperature touches 170 degrees F, remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool down. In case of lumps, strain the mixture for a smooth sauce.

Add sugar and lemon to the small sized cut fruits. Decorate the serving bowl with the fruits. Use a spoon to scoop small cups of the sauce and place them into the bowl. Serve immediately to relish.
