The salt that is used may be bath salts, epsom salts or iodized salts. Salt not only heals the infection quickly but also controls the fungal growth to a great extent.

Garlic is one of the most common ingredients that can be used for treating various diseases. It acts effectively in treating jock itch. It gives a great relief from itchiness that is caused due to jock itch. Also, garlic prevents in increasing the infection and reduces the pain associated with it.
