In order to reduce the inflammation,, it can be mixed with water and applied over the affected area. Let it dry and clean it with soft water carefully. This paste can be applied gently over the keloids and leave it for few hours. This reduces inflammation and heals the keloids noticeably.  Thus, it is always important to clean the keloid affected area so that it does not spread further and result in uneasiness.
