Mushroom Sauce with Pasta

Appliances Required: Sauce Pan Stirrer
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 to 15 minutes

Ingredients Required

600 g of mushrooms
Garlic, mashed
Onions Spring
Tomato Purée
4 tablespoons of Oil ,
4 tablespoons of sherry Vegetable stock
Parsley, chopped
6 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method of Preparation

1. Heat the 2 tablespoons  of Olive oil in a saucepan till it got pilling hot. Put mashed Garlic (3 to 4 cloves) and cook it for 5 seconds till it turned golden brown.
2. Add Onions in to it and sauté them. Add Spring Onion and cook till it gets golden brown.Put Carrot and cook till it get softens
3. Now add mushrooms and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes. Now put tomato Purée and cook for 5 minutes. Now add vegetable stock and cook till it gets boiled.
4. Put salt to taste and black pepper to it. Now add 4 table spoons  of sherry.Put chopped Parsley and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
5.  Put some Parmesan cheese to it. Enjoy the Creamy Mushroom Pasta Sauce on the Pasta.

Beef Pasta Sauce

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Appliances Required: Large Sauce Pan and a a big Stirrer beef pasta recipe

Ingredients Required

250 g of minced beef
Dried basil
Dried oregano
250 g tomato Puree
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, grated

Method of preparation

1. Heat the oil in a large Sauce Pan. Add 4 to5 cloves of mashed garlic in to it and cook to 5 to 20 seconds till it get golden brown.
2. Add finely chopped medium size onion in to it and cook till it gets golden brown. Now put 1 table spoon each of Basil and Oregano in to it and stir well.
3. Add beef and cook for 5 to 10 minutes till it gets cooked. It is the time to add 5 to 7 table spoon of Tomato Puree and 1 table spoon of tomato Sauce in to it.
4. Cook in the low heat till it gets reduced approximately for 10 minutes. Season the delicious beef sauce with Pepper to taste and to add to taste put cheese on it.

Vegetarian Pasta Sauce

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients Required

500 grams of tomatoes
1 medium size carrot
1 medium size red onion
20 grams of celery
10 grams of parsley
4 cloves of garlic
10 grams of basil leaves
100 grams of olives
4 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red bell pepper
Salt and pepper

Preparation for the Sauce

First of all take out the upper and lower part of the red medium size onion and then peel of the red outer layer. Cut the onion in to two halves and chop it finely. Finely chop at least 1 carrot Chop celery Mash 2 garlic cloves Nicely nice the red pepper. Chop olives finely Blend the tomatoes in a blender or a food processor. Finely chop Parsley and basil leaves.

Method for cooking vegetarian Pasta Sauce

1. First of all heat 4 table spoons olive oil in a large sauce pan. Put the finely sliced onion in to it sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes and then add mashed garlic cloves. Now add all the vegetables and cover it with the lid to get softened. Stir occasionally.

2. Now add blended tomatoes and cook on low heat till it get boiled. Put Chopped parsley and Basil leaves.Pour the Delicious vegetarian sauce on the boiled pasta and enjoy!

Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta Sauce

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Appliances Required: Large Sauce Panand a large Stirrer pasta sauce

Ingredients Required

2   onions
6 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Red, Yellow and green bell peppers
1 tablespoon of dried Italian herbs
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Half cup of vegetable stock
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

Finely dice two medium size onions by taking off it’s the upper and lower part. Then cutting into two halves and dicing it. Half boil six medium size tomatoes and peel it. Now roughly dice 4 tomatoes very gently and blend the remaining two tomatoes. Chop garlic, Red bell pepper.

Method of preparation

1. Heat the 3 table spoon of olive oil in a sauce pan. Put chopped garlic in to it. Add onions and all vegetables with tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now blended tomatoes and cook till it get boiled once. Put one table spoon of dried Italian herbs.

2. Now pour the vegetable stock and cook in low heat for about 15 minutes to make it boiled. Put salt and pepper to taste. Add Cheese as much cheese as you like. Pour the sauce on the top of boiled Pasta and enjoy.

Spicy Aubergine Pasta Sauce

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Appliances Required: Large Sauce Pan a A large Stirrer spicy pasta recipe

Ingredients Required

1 large aubergine
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 medium size tomatoes
1 table spoon of   ground coriander
1 dried red chilli
5 green chilli peppers
150 grams black olives can
Parsley, chopped
8 to 10 table spoon of   extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


First of all nicely wash the aubergine and then dice it. Half boil the tomatoes, peel and dice them gently. Take the green chillies and dice them from between so that its seeds can be removed and cut in to two halves.

Method of cooking

1. In a big sauce pan heat almost 8 table spoons  of olive oil and let it peeping hot. Now add aubergines and cook it for 2 minutes and then put grounded coriander and the chillies. Fry the aubergines till it get golden brown.

2. Now add peeled and diced tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes get cooked. In a pan, heat 8 tablespoons of oil. Add the aubergines, coriander and the chilli. Fry the aubergines until golden brown all around. Put Olives and cook for 2 more minutes and then add peeled and diced tomatoes in to it.

3. Add Salt, pepper and vinegar to tastePour little sauce on the plate, then boiled Pasta and again pour spicy aubergine sauce on it
