How to make Turmeric Ginger Tea

Ingredients

Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon, Cinnamon powder 1 tea spoon, Nutmeg powder 1 pinch, Ginger paste 1 tea spoon, Cloves 3-4, Organic Honey 1 tea spoon/per cup.

Method

Take a saucepan and pour 2 cups of water in it. Add cloves in it and allow boiling. After few minutes when the smell of the cloves came out from the water add all the ingredients like turmeric powder, Cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and ginger one after another in to it. Strain the mixture in to the cups. Now add 1 tea spoon of organic honey in to per cup. Your anti inflammatory turmeric ginger tea is ready to drink.

Note

You can make the tea in electric tea pot if you have one by adding all the ingredients at a time except honey. To make the powder of cinnamon and nutmeg first dry roast them and then make powder out of it; as it will give you more fine powder rich in aroma.
