Oily, Fried food is not only difficult to digest, but the fat content in that keeps the body temperature high leading to high sweating.Oily & Fatty foods also increase fat and cholesterol leading to obesity and other serious problems.
Keep yourself hydrated through summer by drinking atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Water is a great detoxifier, leading to a clear and healthy skin.
