Take a pan. Heat oil in it. Add the red chillies and cover the pan with a lid and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool and strain it. Mix all the ingredients of the batter in a large bowl and add some water depending upon the thin consistency of the batter. Now add the pieces of cottage cheese to it and properly coat each and every piece with this batter.Now take a pan. Heat some oil in it. Put the coated pieces of cottage cheese and deep fry them till they are brownish in color. Take a plate and spread some tissues on it. Then, take out the fried pieces on this plate. Keep it aside for some time.Now take another pan and heat oil in it. Add the ginger, garlic, spring onion, green chillies and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add the capsicum, soya sauce, sugar, cornflour paste, salt and cook for another couple of minutes till it gets a boil.Now add the fried pieces of cottage cheese and mix properly. Then, add the spring onions, capsicum, carrots, French beans (all of these vegetables should be finely chopped) and cook for 5-6 minutes on a high flame.Now, you need to add the schezwan sauce, soya sauce and some water in it.
