Most of us try to achieve numbers that the trainer has assignment and that really is not going to add value to your body. For example, if the trainer asks you to do hundred pushups then you may finish it in a hush-hush manner so that you can learn more from the trainer. If the movements aren’t appropriate then that will not help you to achieve the desired results.

You should consume a protein drink so that you can regain the energy that you have lost due to heavy workouts. You can be rest assured that you will not gain the lost weight.
