Carrot And Apple Salad
This is a sweet and tasty salad that kids would love to eat. Carrot and apple are good sources of vitamins and minerals. Walnuts are good sources of vitamins and is said to improve the memory.
1 large grated carrot, 1 dices apple, ¼ cup of chopped walnuts, ¼ teaspoon of pepper . Salt as required
Mix all the ingredients and serve the salad chilled.
Apple And Grape Salad
This salad is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Pecans gives the salad the crunch and nutrients as well.
1 Diced apple, 1 cup of diced grapes, Handful of pecans,2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, Salt and pepper as required
Mix all the ingredients except pecans. Serve with pecans toping in a serving bowl.
