The food intake should be consisting of atleast 50 % to 60 % of the meal portions at a given time. The whole grain that one can intake are corn, buckwheat, brown rice, whole wheat berries, barley, millet and rye. Other whole grain food substances like noodles, pasta, rolled oats, flour products, bread and baked goods can be taken but only on occasional instances.
