Now add 1 tsp of coffee powder to the paste. Apply in evenly on the hair to cover it fully. Now leave it for two hours or until it completely dries. Then rinse off the pack only with water. Shampoo your hair the next day.
Curry leaves are also very effective for grey hair as well. They contain pigments that retail natural color of the hair. Boil half cup curry leaves in coconut oil. Now strain the leaves and apply the oil on your scalp and hair. Wash off
with a gentle shampoo.
Using sage leaves is one of the most effective treatment for grey hair. It restores natural color of the hair and prevent hair from graying. Boil water with a handful of sage leaves. Cool it and spray it all over your hair. Leave for two hours and wash of with shampoo.
Put pieces of ribbed gourd in coconut oil and let it sit for 3 to 4 hours. Now boil this mixture until it turns black in color. Massage this oil into hair and roots to stop premature graying if hair.

Indian gooseberry is a wonder fruit. It has numerous benefits and is like an elixir for the hair. Boil some Indian gooseberry pieces in coconut oil till they turn black. Now apply this oil after it cools down to the hair for healthy, dark and thick hair.
Biotin slows down graying of the hair. Some food that contain biotin are soybean, tomatoes, carrots, cow’s milk, egg yolk, oats, goat’s milk, cucumber, almonds and yeast.
