Italian Cheesy Tomatoes With Rice
For making this recipe, you need 4-5 scooped tomatoes, 2-3 garlic cloves chopped, some basil and parsley chopped along with chopped and boiled assorted vegetables of your choice. Now you also need 1 cup of cheddar cheese along with 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix together all the ingredients and stuff into tomato. Add salt and pepper. Now grease the tomatoes with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Mexican Cheesy Tomatoes
For making this recipe, you will need a can of baked beans or even boiled black beans. You will also need 2-3 spoons chopped onions, bell peppers, garlic, lime juice and feta cheese. For this recipe you need about 1/2 cup of feta cheese along with equal quantities of ricotta cheese. Now to this add some chopped herbs like parsley, green garlic and spring onions.
