It is OK to drink alcohol. But too much alcohol consumption makes you susceptible to developing life-threatening diseases. Individuals who drink on an average of 3 to 4 drinks per day are prone to mouth, neck, and throat cancers. Too much drinking harms our liver, increases our blood pressure, and leads to weight gain.
Exercise is good for us, but too much of it can make us more prone to several illnesses. Individuals who exercise too much or over-train are more prone to cardiovascular diseases. A good 90-minute or more continuous training session can harm our body. Just like exercise, rest too is important for us. If possible, try and take a 5-minute breather in-between your training sessions.

It has been scientifically proven that packaged food contains more than 30% of sodium than permitted for our daily intake. Almost every packaged food item contains preservatives, salt, and trans fat. It is ok to indulge in ready-to-eat meals once in a while, but do not make it a habit.
A little stress is good for motivation. It helps us reach our goals and meet deadlines. However, too much stress can ruin your life. Being in a stressful environment or leading a stressful life can contribute to some serious health issues. It contributes to increased heart rate, leads to increased blood pressure, ruins the nervous system, leads to gastrointestinal problems, and interferes with the reproductive system.
