Mix The Ingredients
First step is to put all the ingredients together and allow them to mix well. Put the chopped apples, the spices, cider vinegar and sugar in a slow cooker. You got to make sure you mix these ingredients well and blend them very well.

Once the ingredients are mixed them the step is to cook at high temperature. So start cooking at high flame for about an hour, with the cooker covered. This will release the sugars and juices from the apples, making the mixture smooth and semi solid in nature.

After an hour of cooking at high flame, stir well and blend gently if needed. Uncover the cooker and cook this blended mix at medium flame for next 11-12 hours. You will have to check in between and stir the mixture at regular gaps.
The Final Prep Step
After 11-12 hours of cooking the mix becomes caramelised and you will notice a change in colour as well. Continue cooking for next 1 hour at very low flame; add pinch of salt as per taste.
