Milk Mask

Milk helps in shrinking the open pores in our skin. Also, it makes your skin appear radiant and glowing. In a tbsp of milk add 1 tbsp of gelatin. Mix well and microwave for 5 seconds. Let it cool for 2 minutes and then again microwave it for 5 seconds. Let it cool down to normal room temperature. Apply with a brush on your problem areas. Let it rest for 10 minutes and thereafter gently peel it off.

Egg- White Masks  

Egg whites acts as brilliant face mask to reduce the size of your pores which in turn prevents, if not permanently, the disposition of blackheads. It also leaves your face with a glowy radiance and smooth texture. You will need an egg and a tissue paper. Firstly, separate your whites. Apply a layer of egg white on your skin using your hands (clean) or a cosmetic brush. Without allowing it to dry up, place a piece of tissue over it and press it gently. Allow it to dry and then coat a second layer of egg white over the tissue. Again press down a piece of tissue over it and allow it to dry. You may add another layer, it’s up to you. After 10 minutes of thoroughly drying it, peel off the mask and wash off with cold water.

Strawberry Mask  

This mask is perfect for people with dry skin and abundance of blackheads. Firstly, squeeze and ground the strawberries in a bowl and add some wheat flour to make a paste with not too thick consistency. While mixing, add a drop of almond oil and half tbsp of milk. Apply it all over your face and before it starts to dry up apply soft dough over the mask. Peel off after 10 minutes.

Charcoal Mask  

Activated charcoal acts like a magnet in cleansing and taking out the clogged remains in the pores. Activated charcoal tablets are available in cosmetic shops and medical stores. Crush one activated charcoal tablet in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of gelatin to it. Mix well and then add 3 tbsp of water. Mix again and microwave it for 10 seconds. There should be no charcoal particles visible and everything should be finely mixed. Using a brush, apply it on your T-Zone. Peel it off as soon as it dries up.

Apple Cider Vinegar  

Though apple cider vinegar is a strong substance, it has numerous skin benefits. Due to the presence of malic acid in it, it has anti-fungal and anti bacterial properties which prevent skin infections and face acne. Dilute 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in half a cup of water. Take 1 tbsp out of it and pour in a separate cup. Add a tbsp of gelatin and Eucalyptus essential oil in it. Mix well and microwave it for 10 seconds. Let it cool down to normal room temperature and apply it on your problem areas. Peel off after 10- 15 minutes of drying.
