Yummy & Spicy Chilled Pasta
The first one is Yummy & spicy chilled pasta. This is a very easy recipe that you can make it in few minutes only.
Pasta (Macaroni) 100 gms(boiled), Salt and pepper to taste, Oregano 1 tea spoon, Tomato 4 table spoons (chopped), Cucumber 4 table spoon(chopped), Onion 4 table spoons(chopped), Garlic ½ tea spoon(chopped), Mayonnaise 2 table spoon, Garam masala powder ½ tea spoon, Cheese cube 2(grated), potato slices 3 table spoon (boiled).
Take boiled pasta in a bowl. Add chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped cucumber and boiled potato slices. Also add oregano, salt and black pepper to taste, garam masala powder and mayonnaise. Garnish with grated cheese and serve yummy and spicy chilled pasta.
Chilled Oriental Shrimp Pasta

Pasta (Macaroni) 1 bowl, Shrimp 200 gms, Peas 1 cup(boiled), Carrot 1(chopped), Capsicum 1 (chopped), Onion 2 (chopped)
Soya sauce ½ cup, Olive oil ¼ cup, Vinegar ¼ cup, sesame seed oil 2 table spoon, Garlic 1 table spoon(chopped), Brown sugar 2 table spoon, Ginger 1 table spoon (chopped), roasted sesame seed 2 table spoon, salt to taste.
Boil water in a kadhai/deep pan. When the water got boiled add salt and pasta. Cover it and cook in low flame. Strain water from boiled pasta and remain it to cool. Blanch the shrimp in boiled water adding little salt to it for 5 minutes. Set aide the shrimps to remain cool. Pour boiled pasta, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped onion in a bowl. Take a small bowl and add Soya sauce, Olive oil, sesame seed oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and brown sugar in the bowl and mix well. Add this mixture and blanched shrimp with boiled pasta and mix well. Toss this mixture well and garnish with roasted sesame seeds. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours. Serve chilled Oriental shrimp pasta.
Penne Pasta With Tomato Dressing
Penne pasta with tomato dressing is a pure Italian dish and also very easy to cook.
Penne Pasta 100 gm, Olive oil ½ table spoon, butter ½ table spoon, Oregano ½ tea spoon, three types of chopped capsicum/bell pepper (red, yellow and green bell pepper), Juccini ¼ (chopped), tomato 1, Oregano ¼ tea spoon, White pepper powder 1 tea spoon, Parmesan cheese 1 cup (grated), fresh cream ½ cup.
For Making Tomato Concuss
White oil 2 table spoon, Onion 2 table spoon (chopped), Garlic 1 table spoon (chopped), Salt to taste, black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
Boil the tomato in a pan and remain it to cool. Remove the skin of tomato and make a paste of it with the help of a mixer. To make tomato concuss heat white oil in a nonstick pan. Add chopped onion and fry it. When the onion got transparent add chopped garlic. Add salt and white pepper powder. Stir it and add tomato paste. When it goes thick add oregano in to it. Cook in low flame for 3-4 minutes. Your tomato concuss is ready to use.Now boil water in another kadhai/pan. When the water get heated add salt and olive oil. Add penne pasta and stir. Strain water from cooked pasta. Heat oil and butter together in a nonstick pan. When the butter got melted, add the chopped garlic in to it and stir lightly. When the smell comes out add capsicum and jucini. When the vegetable got soft add previously made tomato concuss. Keep the flame low and stir for some time. Add boiled pasta and stir. Add salt and pepper. Add cream and half of the cheese in to it and again stir. Remove from flame. When it came in to room temperature keep it in to freeze to cool. After sometime serve in a serving dish. Don’t forget to garnish with parsley and remaining grated cheese.
Pasta Pistachio is also an authentic Italian dish. You may use chicken kemah instead of soya kemah.
Conchiledous Pasta 100 gm, Olive oil 4 tea spoon, Jukini 1/3 cup (chopped), Corn 1/3 cup, Carrot 1/3 cup(chopped), peas 1/3 cup, dried thyme leaves ½ tea spoon, oregano ½ tea spoon, Chili flakes 1 tea spoon, Red wine 1 cup, Sugar 1 tea spoon, Soya bean Kemah ½ cup.
Boil Conchiledous Pasta, corn, peas in a pan. Strain the water and keep separate the pasta. Now heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add all of the chopped vegetables in to it. Now add salt, oregano leaves, thyme, chili flakes and black pepper powder in to it. Stir continuously. Add corn and Soya bean Kemah and sauté for few minutes. Add red wine in to it and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add the cherry tomato in to it. Take a serving bowl and pour the boiled pasta in it. Pour the cooked vegetables over the boiled pasta and garnish with the parmesan cheese. Serve pasta pestachio hot.
Tip: You can add water instead of red wine when you are making this recipe for your kids. Quantity will be the same.
