Step Two- Maturing and Storing Seeds
Allow the fresh vegetables to mature well so that they can produce seeds, which would grow easily. It is best to leave these vegetables at room temperature till they start to show some signs of aging. For vegetables like squash, tomato, pumpkin and pepper, and cucumber, allow the seeds to sit overnight in the membrane. The next morning you can rinse the seeds, and separate them. Make sure you dry them well before storing and place them in small glass jars.
Step Three- Preparing Soil
Decide to plant the seed either indoors or outdoors. Seeds are normally easier to start indoors and once they are mature, you need to transfer them to the outdoor.
