Noodles are a favorite among many but it is associated with a lot of oil and fat content too! However, the great news is that with the changing times recipes have been invented which uses less oil in making various kinds of noodles.

Egg Noodles with Spicy Paneer Masala
This easy egg noodle preparation is a healthy one as it uses only 5 tsp of oil in making it and can be made easily using boiled and drained noodles, onions, eggs, coriander & curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili and soya sauce and the gravy for the paneer butter masala is made separately using the usual ingredients. Once the preparation is over, the cooking starts off with adding oil to the pan and sauteing onions in it till brown. The next step is to fry the eggs in it and then add the chili and soya sauce along with 1 spoon of salt and saute the same. After the mix is ready, adding noodle and sauteing does the trick. Once the noodle is ready, the paneer masala mix is made and added to the noodle to give it a different twist altogether.
Stir Fried Chinese Egg Noodle
To make this yummy stir fried egg noodle one needs to put together ingredients namely Chinese egg noodles in thawed form, 2 tsp canola oil, a cup of sliced mushrooms, 5 minced garlic cloves, 3 sliced green onions, soy sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp fresh lime juice, 3 tsp dark sesame oil, 1 spoon ketchup, chili paste, 2 large eggs and 2 cups spinach. First of all, one needs to cook the noodle in as per instructions in the pack and then omitting salt need to drain and keep aside. To get the rest of the things together, one needs to add canola oil to a pan and then go about adding mushrooms and then sauteing for about some minutes before adding green onions and garlic. After this adding soy sauce and the rest of the ingredients and get them to boil is the way to move. After it is done, adding noodles, then adding eggs and tossing well does the trick!
Egg Hakka Noodles
To make great egg hakka noodle one would need hakka noodles about 2 cups, vegetables of choice finely chopped or sliced, soya sauce, green chili sauce, chopped garlic, pepper powder, salt, eggs and about 5 spoon of olive oil. To start off, one needs to boil the noodle well, drain and keep it aside for later use. The next step is to add about 2 spoon oil into a preheated pan and break the eggs into it with a pinch of pepper and salt and scramble it to fully cooked and keep them aside as well. In the same pan, the next step will be to heat the remaining oil and add the garlic slices first till brown and then add the rest of the vegetables on medium high flame until the smell come out. After this, the soya and chili sauce are added along with pepper powder and cooked well with the scrambled egg added to it. The last step is to add the noodles and mix it with the veggies and the mixture well and serve hot!
