Spicy Ginger Chicken Recipes
This is a very tasty and little bit spicy and hot chicken recipe which you can enjoy in cold and rainy seasons.
To make this chicken, you will need 500 grams boneless chicken, 2 inches long ginger,1 onion, a bunch of fresh coriander leaves, a bunch of parsley leaves, 5-6 fresh green chilies, olive oil, salt and sugar.
Cut boneless chicken in medium sizes. Prick them. Rub salt on chicken. Keep them aside. In a grinder grind onion, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves and parsley leaves to smooth green paste.
Boil chicken pieces to get soft. Strain the water and preserve it. In a pan pour a moderate amount of olive oil and add chicken pieces. Stir for a minute and then add the spice paste. Stir continuously to fry it well. After that, pour the chicken water. Sprinkle salt to taste and a pinch of sugar. Keep the oven on till the gravy turns thick. Remove it from heat and serve it with steamed rice.
Ginger Garlic Pepper Chicken
This is a very light preparation of chicken and this will be loved by people who do not like much spice. It is not at all hot and that’s why it will be loved also by children.
To make this preparation, you will need 500 grams of chicken mainly of leg portion because leg portions are comparatively soft. With it, you will need 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, 2-3 tablespoons butter, ginger 1 inch, garlic 7-8 cloves, freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 tablespoon lime juice, salt and sugar.
Cut chicken into small pieces. Rub salt to chicken. Mix corn flour in a cup of water. Grind ginger and garlic into a smooth paste.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken pieces and stir well to fry them little brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste and stir to fry them well. Sprinkle some salt and sugar on chicken and pour some water. Boil chicken keeping the lid of the pan on so that chicken gets soft easily. When the chicken pieces are completely soft, remove the lid. Add corn flour water in the preparation and boil to make it thick. Before removing it from oven, add butter and lime juice. Mix well and remove it from heat. After that, sprinkle some black pepper powder and some lime zest on the chicken and keep the lid on for a good smell. Serve it with bread, rice or plain pasta.
Ginger Tomato Red Chicken Recipes

To make this preparation you need 500 grams chicken, 2 red tomatoes, 2-3 inches fresh ginger, Red chili powder 1 tablespoon, 1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2 bell peppers – one red and other yellow, olive oil, oregano powder, salt and sugar.
Cut chicken in medium pieces. Rub chili powder, salt and sugar in them. Cut bell pepper into square shape, grind tomato, ginger, onion and garlic to paste.
Pour moderate amount of olive oil on the pan. Heat it and add chicken and spices in the oil. Fry them properly and add water. Add right amount of salt and sugar. Boil for sometime to make chicken soft. When the chicken is completely tender add bell pepper and oregano powder in it and remove it from oven. This preparation is curry type and goes well with steamed rice.
