The egg is a very tasty food, loved by almost everyone. It is an easily available product and it is easy to make. Not only that, egg has various nutritional values for which it is considered as one of the super foods. Egg contains numerous vitamins like vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin E and vitamin K. It also contains calcium, zinc, iron, phosphorous, selenium, and many more minerals. So, it is necessary to eat at least one egg daily to keep us fit.

Egg Curry Recipes
To make this egg curry recipe take 6 eggs, 2 onions, ½ inch ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tablespoon plain yogurt, 4 cloves, 4-5 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom , ½ inch cinnamon, ½ cup coconut milk, salt, sugar, red chili powder, turmeric, mustard oil, bay leaves and coriander leaves.
Boil egg and remove its shell. Prick eggs with fork or knife before frying because it may be burst. Rub turmeric, salt and chili powder on egg well. Keep them aside. Now grind cardamom, cloves and cinnamons and keep this dry powder aside. After that, grind onion, garlic and ginger to a smooth paste.
Boil mustard oil in a kadai. At first fry the eggs till they turn brown. Then remove them from kadai. Add one bay leaf in the remaining oil. Add spice paste in the oil. Stir well to fry them properly. When it is fried well add a cup of water in it. Add eggs in it and boil it. Add sugar and salt to your taste. After boiling it for 5-6 minutes add coconut milk and dry spice in the curry. Boil it for additional one minute. Then remove it from heat. Chop fresh coriander leaves and garnish the curry with this chopped leaves. Serve this testy egg curry with steamed rice or handmade bread. It is yummy to eat and easy to digest.
Egg Omelets Curry Recipe
This egg omelets recipe is another popular Indian recipe for dinner.
To make it you need 6 eggs, 2 potatoes, 2 large onions, 5-6 green chilies, 1 inch ginger, 1 tomato, cumin seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, bay leaves, salt, sugar, and mustard oil.
Chop one onion and 1 green chili and keep them aside. Chop tomato. Grind one onion and ginger. Mix 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and 1 teaspoon coriander powder in it. Keep them aside. Slit remaining green chilies and keep them aside. Peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Heat oil pan, beat eggs properly and make six separate omelets adding chopped onion and green chili. Now add more oil on pan and heat them well. Fry potato cubes. While frying, keep the lid on so that the potato gets soft easily. Now remove them from the pan. Add one bay leaf and a pinch of cumin seeds in the remaining oil. Add chopped tomato and fry them. Then add the spice paste. Stir well and fry them on a low flame. When they are properly fried add water. Add fried potato and let them boil. Add salt and sugar to taste. Be sure that potatoes are tender enough and the curry has turned thick. Now add omelets in the thick curry and remove it from oven. Add green chilies and keep the lid on for adding fragrance. Serve them with steamed rice or bread.
