Oatmeal is not only healthier for eating but it also effectively absorbs and removes the dirt from the skin. It is a great exfoliant as well.
Oatmeal – 1 cup
Take oatmeal in a bowl now add a little warm milk to it. Wait for some time, when the scrub is soft.its ready to use. Moist yourself with lukewarm water before scrubbing with oatmeal, this will open the pores. After scrubbing all over your body, wash off with water and moisturize.
Lemon Sugar Scrub
Granulated sugar is a good exfoliant. Lemon acts as a skin lightener. Olive oils helps to moisturize the skin
Granulated sugar – 1 cup
Olive oil – 5 tbsp
Take granulated sugar in a bowl now add olive oil to it. Now just add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to it. You can use other oils in place of olive oil like almond, coconut oil or any other oil good for the skin. Moist the skin with lukewarm water before scrubbing. Wash off with lukewarm water. Scrub your body with these natural body scrubs while showering thrice a week, but if you have a sensitive skin try it just once a week. Do not be too harsh on the skin while scrubbing or it may lead to skin irritation. Avoid scrubbing your body if you have skin burns or if have shaved as the ingredients might irritate the skin.
